Jim has spent 25 years in investment banking and middle market M&A, involved in over a dozen transactions with an estimated market value of over $500 million. He co-authored Business Valuation for Dummies (Wiley & Sons, 2009), and is also a partner in Sports Club Advisors, Inc., the sister company of Jackim Woods & Co. focused on the sports, fitness, and leisure industry.
